Tissue Issue Inc. Practice Policies
Reservations:
1. Tissue Issue Inc. services are available by appointment only. Clients are encouraged to call ahead to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all services.
Gift Cards:
1. Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products only and must be presented at the time of the appointment or retail purchase. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.
2. Gift Cards do not expire, but a dormancy fee of $15 per year may be deducted after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
3. Any sales activity of a Gift Card will be given a 12-month time frame to redeem without fees previously stated.
Prepayment Policy:
1. Full payment for services is required at the time of booking to ensure time efficiency and maintain focus on therapy during appointments.
2. Prepayment streamlines the appointment process, allowing us to dedicate our full attention to providing quality therapy without transactional interruptions during sessions.
3. It ensures commitment from both parties and reduces the likelihood of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which can disrupt our schedule and affect other clients’ ability to book appointments.
4. Prepayment also allows clients to secure their preferred appointment times in advance, ensuring they receive the services they desire at their preferred times.
Guest Cancellation:
1. A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested for all services. Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds.
Practice Cancellations:
1. If Tissue Issue Inc. cancels an appointment for any reason, clients will be given a complementary 15 or 30-minute session, depending on the circumstances.
Practice Arrival Times:
1. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes before their appointment to check-in and relax before their service.
2. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Jewelry and Cell Phones:
1. Clients are advised to arrange for the safekeeping of their valuables before their visit.
